Hidden in the tranquil waters of the Terranora broad water and surrounded
by tall palm trees is LOT TWO.
From the Pacific Hwy turn west into Kennedy drive and head straight to find the Seagulls Estate sign, then veer left to enter Gollan drive.
One final turn into the parking lot of Seagulls to find a black LOT TWO billboard sign. The entrance is located right here.
LOT TWO is a restaurant distinct to but tucked within the seagulls precinct.
We are part of the Norths Group of licensed clubs which means we also have a few essential sign-in requirements.
Please note that visitors and guests are subject to the rules and requirements of the Registered Club Act and other related legislation.
Every guest and visitor must present a valid form of identification that states their name, address and date of birth, such as a drivers’ license, on entry to the venue.
If a guest or visitor resides within the 5km radius of the venue, then that person must be signed in by a member or a member of a Norths Group Club.
Membership costs $10 for 1 year and this can be done on arrival at LOT TWO.
The first thing you’ll notice is the view as you soak in the sparkling Terranora broad water. Next, you’ll probably spot our locals’ board, featuring our latest fresh local dishes including seafood straight off the local trawler. Then you might take in the soft smoky aroma of authentic Italian pizza baking in the wood-fired oven. Lastly, you’ll let your tastebuds have all the fun as you delight on our delicious menu by our Head chef Juan Hernandez.
Lot Two is more than just great food – it’s a feast for the senses.
Chef Juan is passionate about giving our members a taste of what the Gold Coast has to offer. He grew up with a love of cooking, inherited from his Chilean mother. He’s always wanted to make people happy through food and at Seagulls, his appreciation for delicious, exceptional quality seasonal ingredients cooked beautifully and full flavour shines through. Our chef is inspired by not only his childhood but the respect for the French, Spanish and Italian way of eating and cooking – where simplicity and showcasing what the region has to offer is a way of life.
There is ample seating for cozy inside dining or alfresco dining on our large covered deck looking over the water for all your family and friends to enjoy. Lot Two is available for group bookings, special events and private catering. Open 7 days a week for a fabulous dining experience.
